Ingredients
1/2 tsp Lawry's season salt (or your favorite seas'g.)
8 small new potatoes (red)
1/4 cup butter
1 cup crushed cornflakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Boil unpeeled potatoes in salted water, until fork tender, (about 20 minutes)Drain & peel.
Melt butter and add seas'g salt.
Roll each potato in seasoned butter, then in crushed cornflakes
Place in glass baking dish, repeat with each potato
Bake for 25 minutes
